Your account
Your Nebus account gives access to your panels and invoices. Protect it with two-factor authentication, and stay in control of your data.
Two-factor authentication
With two-factor authentication, a 6-digit code generated by an app on your phone is required at every sign-in, on top of your password. A stolen password is no longer enough to get into your account.
- Install an authenticator app: Google Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, 2FAS, Aegis, Bitwarden…
- In My account, click Turn on two-factor authentication and scan the QR code.
- Enter the code shown by the app to confirm.
Nebus then shows 10 recovery codes, once. Each one lets you sign in if you no longer have your phone. Keep them in a password manager or on paper. You can generate new ones in My account: the old ones then stop working.
Lost your phone and have no recovery code left? Write to contact@nebus.app from your account's e-mail address. After checking, we turn off two-factor authentication and let you know by e-mail.
Two-factor authentication protects the client area. Your Pterodactyl panel has its own, to be turned on separately (see Logging in to your panel).
Your data
- Download my data: a JSON file with everything Nebus keeps about you (account, billing details, panels, orders and invoices, credit notes, e-mails sent). Passwords and technical keys are not included.
- Delete my account: your personal data is erased immediately and you are signed out. This is possible once your panels have been deleted or reached their end date; to delete a panel before its due date, write to us. Your invoices and credit notes are kept for 10 years, as required by law.
Details of the processing are in the privacy policy.
