Ordering a panel

Ordering takes 2 minutes in the client area. Your panel is installed automatically as soon as the payment is confirmed.

The steps

1. Create your account on app.nebus.app.
2. Choose your resources (Spark, Blaze or Nova). You then split them between all your servers.
3. Choose your panel's address: your-name.nebus.app. Between 3 and 20 characters, lowercase letters and digits, starting with a letter. It cannot be changed later.
4. Dedicated IP option (optional): see below.
5. Choose the duration: 1, 3 or 6 months (5% off for 3 months, 10% off for 6 months).
6. Enter your billing details (name, address; company and VAT number for businesses). They are saved for next time.
7. Pay with PayPal, with a PayPal account or by bank card without an account. Your PDF invoice is available as soon as you have paid.

When you return to the client area, your panel's page updates by itself. Installation usually takes 2 to 3 minutes, then your login details appear. You also receive two e-mails: the order confirmation (with the PDF invoice), then a message telling you your panel is ready.

The dedicated IP option

Without the option, your servers share the address node.nebus.app and have 100 ports reserved for you (for example node.nebus.app:30000). That is enough for most uses.

With the dedicated IP option, you get your own IPv4 address and all of its ports: your players connect on the game's default port (25565 for Minecraft, 27015 for Source games…), with no unusual port number.

• It is chosen when ordering: it cannot be added to an existing panel.
• Assigning the IP usually takes a few more minutes before installation starts.
